Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking a Supervisor for a busy Belfast high street store. You will support day-to-day store operations, lead the team to meet sales and KPI targets, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Supervisor, Senior Sales Advisor or Assistant Manager role.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial performance.
• Highly organised, proactive and hands-on.
