We are looking for a qualified Social Worker to join a Fostering team.

You'll be joining a large independent fostering agency, committed to delivering high-quality care and services to children and young people. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, assessing, and monitoring the skills of foster carers to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children and young people. Building strong relationships with local authorities is essential to maximize placements and achieve the best outcomes for children.
Candidates must have a Social Work degree and at least 2 years' post-qualifying experience. Previous experience within a fostering team is desirable but not essential. Experience with Looked After Children, Child Protection, Leaving Care, and Adoption is advantageous. Knowledge of the Principles of the Children Act, childcare legislation, guidance, and national standards is essential.
