A 'Good rated' Local Authority is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their Family Placement Service Team based in East Berkshire. This role is a full time and permanent position.

This authority also has more than 80% permanent workforce, and a nationally recognised practice model - the 'Family Safeguarding Model'.

We are looking for experienced, qualified Social Workers who are talented, passionate, and reliable. You will have current registration with Social Work England and have experience of working within the legal frameworks that support family placement work; with good assessment and analytical skills, and experience in completing Form F, Special Guardianship, and Connected Person Assessments.
