Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is helping an independent fostering agency in the North West recruit a Supervising Social Worker to lead a fostering service. The role is permanent, full-time and hybrid, with two in-office days per month.

You will manage a caseload of 10 foster families, collaborate with multi-agency partners, ensure compliance and reports, and participate in fostering panel meetings. A social work degree with post-qualification experience in Children Social Work is required, with the

• Social work degree with post-qualification experience in Children Social Work.
• Experience in fostering or child welfare services is desirable.
• Ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams and maintain documentation.
