Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates are working with an Independent Fostering Agency in the North West to appoint a Supervising Social Worker for the Lancashire service. This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working.

You will recruit, assess, match and train prospective foster carers, supervise a small caseload, work with multi‑agency teams, maintain all compliance and reports, and attend fostering panel meetings.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Social Work (UK recognised).
• Post-qualification experience in Children's Social Work; ASYE applications considered.
• Full right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
