Job summary

Haven operates multiple UK holiday parks and is seeking a Supermarket Shift Leader to run a busy on-park supermarket shift. You will lead an energetic team, assign tasks, ensure smooth operations, and deliver high-quality guest service while maintaining safety and policy compliance.

The role is full-time or seasonal with pay up to £13.71 per hour depending on age. We offer inclusive training, ongoing support and career development opportunities, plus Haven perks and discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a supermarket or retail environment preferred but not essential; training and support will be provided.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, especially with food orders.
• Committed to high-quality, customer-focused service.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
