Key Responsibilities

• Support the shop's management team with managerial tasks and collaborate with all shop areas to meet customer demand.
• Ensure Partners operate in a safe and legal manner.
• Fulfill online customer orders for delivery.
• Replenish stock, keeping shelves full and products correctly positioned for customers.
• Assist the wider shop team with tasks such as checkout support, managing Click & Collect orders, fulfilling on-demand customer orders, and more.
• Proactively contribute ideas to improve shop operations and drive commercial performance.
• Reduce wastage through product due diligence and markdowns on items nearing their sell-by dates.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.

Essential Skills and Experience
