As an Assistant Manager, you'll receive a comprehensive induction to prepare you for success, covering all areas of the centre, including lanes, bar and diner, and amusements.

In our fast-paced environment, you'll be central to delivering a fun and positive customer experience, supporting effective operations, coaching and mentoring the team, and helping achieve financial targets.

You will ensure your centre maintains the highest standards and safety for a fun, secure environment for all visitors.

To be successful you will have:

• Management experience, preferably in leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• A passion for customer service.
• Experience inspiring and developing large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• A drive to succeed.
