About the role
As a Team Leader within one of our Waitrose shops, you'll help deliver exceptional customer service by providing Partner-led service and demonstrating passion for food. Your dedication to going the extra mile for both customers and Partners will enhance the Waitrose brand, fostering customer trust and loyalty, while also maximizing sales and profit.
Note: Due to working time regulations, applicants must be 18 years or over.
Additional Compensation: You will receive a shift premium for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00, paid at the role's minimum pay rate.
