RAC is seeking a SuperFlex Roadside Mechanic to join our team in the South West region, including Swindon. You’ll work around 40 hours per week with rosters published in advance and shifts from 06:00 to 02:00, including mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You’ll need a Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent), a full UK driving licence, and the ability to travel with overnight stays if required.

Qualificações

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• Customer-focused approach to member support.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Flexibility to travel with overnight stays, if necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Provide flexible, roadside mechanical support across shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and make the right fix on the roadside.
• Manage your own kit, van stocks, and complete reports accurately.
• Be a calm, helpful ambassador for RAC while keeping members moving.
