Job summary

Leeds Marriott Hotel in Leeds is seeking a friendly Breakfast Waiter/Waitress to deliver outstanding service during breakfast service. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks to ensure a welcoming dining experience.

The role offers part-time or full-time hours, including weekends and bank holidays. You will work with the Restaurant General Manager / Restaurant Assistant Manager to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, well-presented and able to work early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve breakfast items, hot beverages, and other refreshments.
• Ensure tables are clean, set up, and ready for service.
• Handle guest requests and resolve queries promptly.
• Process payments and operate the till as required.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer service.
• Work closely with the kitchen and restaurant team to ensure smooth service.
