Eastlands Venue Services Ltd is recruiting for a Breakfast Waiter to lead the restaurant team, ensuring smooth service and strong coordination between front of house and back of house, delivering a consistently high-quality guest experience across all shifts.

You will own your section, support junior staff, maintain service standards, and collaborate with management to ensure a seamless operation during high-volume periods and major events.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Waiter/Server in premium or high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of service standards and guest experience.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a section and support a team during service.
• Calm and organised under pressure.
