Job summary

Our client in Sunderland is seeking a Fire and Security Engineer to cover the Sunderland to Teesside area. The role involves servicing, maintenance, repairs and small works on fire alarm and security systems.

Applicants should have knowledge of British Standards and FIA units 1+5; experience with fire systems is required. Training can be provided for GENT and Notifier; a proactive personality is valued to manage own workload.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the British Standards
• Knowledge of FIA units 1 + 5
• Experience in Fire Systems
• Knowledge of GENT and/or Notifier (desirable but not essential as training can be given)

Responsibilities

• To carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs and small works
• To work with a variety of fire alarm and security systems
• Fault finding to conduct a 1st fix solution where possible
• To work to the British Standards at all times

**FIRE ALARM engineers will be considered and upskilled to security and gas suppression systems

The Role:

• To carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs and small works

The Candidate:
