Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in quality-focused kitchens.
• Strong organisational skills with rota, prep list, and stockroom management.
• Knowledge of portioning, food cost and waste control; attention to flavour and presentation.
• A passion for developing others and leading by example.
