Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or Sous in quality-focused kitchens.
• Ability to lead, train and develop others.
• Strong organisational skills with rosta, prep lists and stockroom.
• Knowledge of portioning, food cost and waste control.
• Commitment to food safety and high presentation standards.
