Cancer Research UK is seeking a Retail Store Assistant (with keyholder responsibility) to manage the Ferndown shop on Sundays. You will lead a team of volunteers, drive fundraising and sales, and ensure smooth stock processing and donor intake.

Aufgaben

• Oversee running the shop on Sundays, including keyholder responsibilities (training provided).
• Support a diverse team of volunteers to achieve targets.
• Review and process donated goods and new stock.
• Generate ideas to create new income with guidance from the Shop Manager.
• Use customer service skills to ensure customers feel welcome and valued.
• Maintain shop standards for safeguarding, compliance, and health and safety.
• Handle manual handling and physical tasks as part of daily duties.
