Academy Royale International (ARI) invites applications for a Junior Dean to lead the Counsellor team on campus-based summer programmes at Oxford or Cambridge. You will convert the timetable into engaging activities, excursions and events while guiding Counsellors with clear direction and safeguarding is a priority.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of working with young people in teaching, coaching, youth work, childcare or a summer school.
• Clear spoken English; briefing Counsellors and safety communication.
• Aged 18+ by first session and eligibility to work in the UK.
• Desirable: experience leading a team; planning activities/trips.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Counsellor team and run daily briefing and handover to the late shift.
• Deliver the programme: plan/run Social, Events, Enrichment and Study Support, know schedules.
• Run excursions: briefing, timings, transport, tickets, meals, registers, first aid contacts.
• Keep students safe: complete risk assessments, oversee supervision, meals, curfew, emergencies.
• Follow up and report: manage daily registers, track unwell/missing students, incident reports.
