Job summary

Academy Royale International (ARI) is seeking Junior Deans to lead the Counsellor team on campus at Oxford or Cambridge. You will convert the programme schedule into engaging activities and ensure daily safety, welfare and smooth operation of all sessions.

You will coordinate excursions, manage risk assessments, and report to the Programme Director. The role is fixed-term, with 50 hours per week over a rotating schedule including nights, and offers on-campus accommodation options and paid

Qualifications

• Experience of working with young people.
• Clear spoken English; briefing Counsellors and safety responses.
• Ability to manage time and plan activities and trips.
• Strong leadership and teamwork in a student-facing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Counsellor team and manage daily briefing and handovers.
• Deliver the programme including social, events, enrichment and study support.
• Run excursions: brief team, manage timings, tickets, meals and safety
• Complete risk assessments and oversee supervision, meals and curfews
• Report incidents and maintain registers; communicate with Programme Director
• Work a rota covering morning, afternoon, evening and night shifts
