Experio Summer Ltd is seeking a Centre Manager in Reading to oversee the smooth running of the Summer School Centre and ensure a safe, positive experience for every student. You will coordinate the day-to-day operations, manage the senior team, and act as the key liaison between school services and Experio Summer during operations.

You’ll supervise staff, plan rotas, allocate rooms, and handle emergencies on a rota basis.

Formación

• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with young people at an EFL summer school, ideally in a management role.
• Ability to work under pressure, flexible with organised problem-solving skills.
• Hard-working with a “can do” attitude.
• Customer-focused experience beneficial.
• Ability to promote safety and wellbeing of children.
• Respect for equal opportunities and diversity.

Responsabilidades

• Support and manage the Senior Team in day-to-day roles.
• Delegate roles to ensure delivery of the activity programme and excursions.
• Manage staff rotas and on-call duty roster.
• Prepare house plans and room allocations for arrivals.
• Ensure safeguarding and health and safety compliance for all students and staff.
• Liaise with Catering, Housekeeping, Estates, IT and Grounds to coordinate requirements.
• Ensure all necessary records and reports are maintained accurately.
