Job summary

Exsportise Limited is seeking an Administrator to help run the logistics of our summer camps in the UK. You will work closely with the Centre Manager as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff and agents, ensuring smooth daily operations and safeguarding compliance.

You will gain experience in scheduling, welfare coordination, records management, petty cash handling, and working with an international team.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English with clear communication skills.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with excellent time management.
• Ability to liaise with students, parents, staff and external agents.

Responsibilities

• As first point of contact for students, staff, parents and agents, handle queries politely.
• Coordinate welfare and wellbeing, manage office communications (phone, email, post).
• Oversee accommodation/room allocations and maintains registers and records.
• Process financial records including petty cash and pocket money with transparency.
• Assist with camp setup, pack-down and day-to-day logistics.
