Job summary

Aon plc invites applications for a 9-week Investment Consulting Summer Internship across the UK, including Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh and Leeds. You will gain hands-on experience in advising pension schemes, setting investment strategies and assisting leading consultants.

You will be part of an award-winning development programme, working on a real client project, with structured training, feedback and potential future opportunities in the graduate programme.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting investment strategies and selecting investment managers.
• Support consultants on environmental, social and governance aspects.
• Work with trustees to implement long-term strategies and target better outcomes.
• Learn about pension vehicles, regulatory rules and asset classes in DB/DC groups.
• Participate in development programme and deliver a business-focused project.
