Job summary

Aon invites you to join its Investment Consulting Summer Internship for 9 weeks across the UK, including Birmingham. You’ll work in either the Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution groups, gaining hands-on experience in investment strategy, manager selection and client support.

Qualifications

• On track to achieve a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in any subject area.
• Motivation and ambition to pursue a career in Investment Consulting.
• Passion and curiosity about how investment consulting connects with global markets.
• Commercial and strategic awareness and ability to connect work to client outcomes.
• Strong data analysis and clear, concise communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Setting investment strategies and selection of investment managers.
• Supporting consultants on ESG and related topics.
• Working with pension scheme trustees to implement long-term strategies.
