Job summary

BNY is offering a 10-week Summer Internship Program in People, Engagement, and Impact. You will engage with governance, employee relations, and policy, while applying data insights to improve onboarding and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 3- or 4-year undergraduate degree.
• Graduating Dec 2027 or Summer 2028.
• On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher.
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (in country of application).

Responsibilities

• Support People, Engagement and Impact priorities across governance, employee relations, policy, and government affairs.
• Analyze onboarding, mobility, and employee experiences using feedback and data insights.
• Pilot generative AI tools to enhance People and Corporate Affairs operations (e.g., drafting articles, streamlining communications).
• Build dashboards to track engagement, exits, learning participation, and policy impacts.
• Contribute to internal talent mobility initiatives to align roles with skills and business needs.
