Job summary

Alpadia invites energetic leaders to join our summer camp team in the United Kingdom. You will manage activity sessions, coordinate excursions, and supervise staff to ensure a safe, engaging environment for international students.

We value strong leadership, planning and interpersonal skills, with a focus on safeguarding and high-quality delivery of the co-curricular programme. Role provides training, development opportunities and progression potential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Experience planning, organising and delivering engaging activity programmes.
• Ability to supervise and support staff teams and manage behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard and promote student wellbeing.
• Prepare and deliver afternoon/premium activities with strong staging.
• Prepare session plans and risk assessments for activities.
• Lead and delegate sessions to activity team.
• Ensure quality excursions with prepared packs and itineraries.
• Manage student lists and attendance for activities/excursions.
• Oversee staff training, induction and performance reviews.
• Coordinate bookings with providers and transport.
• Maintain safety and housing rules across residences.
