Alpadia UK is seeking an energetic Activity Leader for a dynamic summer camp experience in the United Kingdom. You will safeguard students, plan and deliver afternoon and evening activities, lead staff, manage excursions, and ensure safety and quality across the programme.

You will collaborate with a diverse team, develop engaging activities, supervise behaviour, complete risk assessments, and contribute to training and camp improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or coordinating activities in a summer camp, youth programme, or educational/recreational environment.
• Experience supervising Activity Leaders or similar staff teams.
• Ability to plan, organise, and deliver a varied activity programme.
• Experience ensuring safety and welfare of children and young people.

Responsabilités

• Safeguard and promote wellbeing of students in our care.
• Prepare and deliver afternoon activities and Premium activities with engaging staging.
• Prepare session plans and risk assessments for activities.
• Lead daily meetings and delegate sessions to staff.
• Lead excursions with packs including lists, itineraries, and risk assessments.
• Ensure staff rotas and attendance tracking for activities.
• Supervise student behaviour and ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Coordinate booking and administrative requirements of the programme.
• Provide training and induction for staff and contribute to process improvements.
