Job summary

Arup invites highly motivated students to apply for a 6-week Mechanical Building Services Summer Internship in Leeds. You will join our Buildings teams and gain exposure to building design and sustainability, working within multi-disciplinary project teams across the UK.

You will collaborate with Architects, Building Services, Building Physics and Project Managers to deliver high-quality services to clients.

Qualifications

• Final or penultimate year in MEng/BEng in Mechanical, Architectural, or Building Services Engineering.
• Strong motivation for a career in building design.
• Willing to communicate, calculate, learn 3D and thermal software, and develop ideas into designs.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of project teams to deliver effective services to clients.
• Collaborate with Architects, Building Services, Building Physics and Geotechnical Engineers, Surveyors and Project Managers.
