Job summary

Arup is recruiting for Mechanical Building Services Summer Students to join our Buildings teams in the UK. You will work in multidisciplinary project teams to deliver professional services and develop skills in sustainable building design.

This 6-week placement offers exposure to design processes and collaboration with architects, engineers and project managers. Ideal candidates are in their final or penultimate year of a MEng or BEng in Mechanical, Architectural or Building Services

Qualifications

• Final or penultimate year studying towards a MEng or BEng in Mechanical, Architectural or Building Services Engineering.
• Demonstrate motivation and passion for building design.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to multi-disciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of project teams to deliver professional building services.
• Collaborate with Architects, Building Services, Building Physics and other engineers.
• Assist in delivering sustainable building design solutions.
