Job summary

SER Ltd is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning bias Building Services Engineer to join our permanent team covering the Suffolk area. This full-time role includes a company van, travel time, and an annual bonus with on-call rotation.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, and be able to perform planned and reactive maintenance on splits, AHUs, and VRVs. A full UK driving licence and F-gas certification are required.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems.
• Experience with planned and reactive maintenance on splits, AHUs, and VRVs.
• Willing to undertake other building services maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Must have F-gas certification.
• Based in Suffolk with potential regional coverage (not London).

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on AHUs, fan coils, splits and VRVs.
• Perform general building services maintenance and compliance tasks.
• Cover a mobile region within Suffolk; no London work.
