Job summary

SER Limited is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to cover service, maintenance and breakdowns from Guildford to the South Coast, with a mobile role and no London work.

You will service and planned maintain VRV and VRF systems, splits and AHUs in commercial properties across the region, requiring a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing VRV/VRF systems in commercial properties.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Willing to travel across the region (Guildford to South Coast).

Responsibilities

• Cover service, maintenance and breakdowns across the assigned region.
• Perform planned maintenance on AHUs and split systems; avoid London area.

Job description

Position: Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: Covering from Guildford to the South Coast (no working within the M25 or London)

Duration: Permanent

Salary: Up to £45,000 plus travel time, bonus and overtime

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to cover service, maintenance and breakdowns in an area from Guildford down to the South Coast.

This engineer will be dealing with service and planned maintenance of splits, multi splits, vrv's and vrf's within commercial properties throughout the region.

This mobile position does not involve working in London at all.

The right person for this position will be based in an area between the South Coast and Guildford. They need to have experience dealing with service and maintenance on vrv's and vrf's and be happy dealing with planned maintenance on ahu's.

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Air Conditioning
• Full UK driving licence
• Able to service and maintain VRV's and VRF's
• Based in a location between Guildford and the South Coast
• Happy to travel across the region
• Willing to do planned maintenance on Ahu's
• Some building services maintenance experience would be a bonus but not essential
