Waythrough is hiring a Recovery Worker in North Devon. The role is onsite, full-time, and involves supporting people through recovery journeys with harm reduction, structured treatment, and recovery programme engagement.

Starting salary is £27,000 per year, with a band reflecting the full earning potential of £25,877.80–£30,868.31 per annum. 37 hours weekly and a generous benefits package accompany this role.
