Change Grow Live in Knowsley is seeking an energetic Substance Misuse Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team delivering specialist clinical interventions. The role focuses on assessments, education, and patient-centered care for individuals affected by drugs and alcohol, with flexible hours to meet service needs.
The post offers permanent, full-time hours (37.5 per week) with a competitive NHS-aligned pay band, CPD support, and a contributory pension scheme.

Our service operates flexibly to meet the needs of clients, including late opening hours during the week, and you may be required to work during these times to accommodate the needs of the service.

*Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
The Substance Misuse Nurserole is a varied one, the successful candidate will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, offering specialist clinical interventions to people who use our services.
