Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Substance Misuse Non Medical Prescriber (NMP) in Mitcham, Greater London. The role is full-time (ongoing) with an excellent hourly rate and standard Monday to Friday hours.

You will work within a dedicated Criminal Justice service, providing specialist prescribing within substance misuse pathways. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team focused on recovery, rehabilitation and harm reduction, contributing to positive outcomes for service users

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced Substance Misuse Non Medical Prescriber (NMP).
• Experience within Criminal Justice settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals within the Criminal Justice pathway.
• Prescribe appropriate medications in line with clinical guidelines and best practice.
• Develop and implement personalised care and treatment plans to support recovery.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust prescribing interventions as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery.
• Provide harm reduction advice and support tailored to service users.
