• Undertake health assessments, manage recovery planning, and offer wound care and clinical interventions.
• Administer OST and engage in harm reduction activities, including opioid overdose management with Naloxone.
• Conduct phlebotomy and BBV screening, providing guidance to reduce risks related to drug and alcohol use.
• Deliver both one-on-one and group psychosocial interventions, providing empathetic and effective support.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to safeguarding and risk management efforts.
