Job summary

Expro International Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead Subsea Well Access Projects from Aberdeen, UK. You will drive cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes on time and within budget, coordinating with clients, regional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery across all phases.

You will be responsible for safeguarding safety, quality and performance standards while managing budgets, schedules and resources.

Qualifications

Proven project management experience within the oil & gas industry (must have).
Working towards or possession of a formal project management qualification.
Experience taking full ownership of allocated subsea projects and managing subcontract staff.
Experience budgeting and scheduling decisions across projects and resources.
Results oriented with initiative and problem solving in complex environments.

Responsibilities

Deliver projects on schedule, within budget and to defined specifications.
Follow company Project Management guidelines, processes and procedures.
Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and opportunities throughout the lifecycle.
Provide leadership to project teams and coordinate with regional stakeholders and subcontractors.
Support business development with bid input and ensure accurate project reporting to stakeholders.
Drive optimization of engineering and supply chain activities to improve delivery outcomes.
