Job summary

OEG, a leader in offshore energy solutions, seeks a Commercial Manager for the Subsea Division to identify opportunities, engage with clients, and drive commercial wins from tender through to contract award. You will work under the Commercial Director, coordinating with Tendering and Contract Management to deliver profitable outcomes.

The role requires strong negotiation, market analysis, and relationship-building skills, with a track record in offshore or subsea sectors.

Qualifications

Experience in business development, commercial management or client-facing roles in offshore, subsea or energy sectors.
Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into opportunities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Understanding of tendering, contracting principles and risk allocation.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new opportunities in subsea and offshore energy markets.
Build and maintain client relationships and promote company capabilities.
Lead win strategies and commercial positioning with Tendering and Contract Management.
Coordinate with Tendering, Contracts and Operations to drive opportunities to contract award.
Support post-submission client engagement, negotiations and contract handover.
