Job summary

Complete Talent Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to grow a subsea and offshore engineering solutions business. The role combines engineering insight with sales leadership to identify opportunities, develop relationships with operators, EPCs, OEMs and contractors, and translate complex requirements into commercially robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in an engineering or business discipline.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in technical sales, business development or similar customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with operators, EPC contractors, OEMs and subsea contractors.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in offshore energy and subsea sectors.
