Job summary

Navis Consulting is seeking an Offshore Operations Superintendent (Submarine Cable) for UK or Denmark. You will supervise offshore subsea cable installation and repair work, coordinating vessel readiness, safety, and project delivery to meet objectives.

You will manage documentation, reporting, and safety standards, liaising with Project Marine Manager, vessel Master, and clients to ensure timely, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of offshore operations experience.
• Experience supervising submarine cable installation and repair operations.
• Strong ability to manage documentation and reporting.
• Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise offshore subsea cable installation and repair operations.
• Coordinate vessel readiness and equipment condition.
• Report daily operational progress to Project Marine Manager.
• Act as offshore interface between marine operations, client reps and subcontractors.
• Organise end-of-assignment wash-up meetings and document findings.
• Promote high HSE standards and ensure safety compliance.
