Qualifications

• Possess a training qualification.
• Competent jointer with UJ/UC/UQJ knowledge or an instructor capable of training as Universal Jointer.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
• Ability to adapt communication style for a diverse international client base.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theoretical training in Universal Jointing (UJ) and related jointing technologies.
• Manage Training School facilities, schedule, and stock for courses.
• Coordinate training for internal staff and external customers worldwide.
• Tailor training delivery to cultural backgrounds and coach trainees to complete courses.
• Ensure safety and compliance with legislation and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance on jointing to customers and colleagues.
