Job summary

Rolls-Royce Submarines is seeking a SDE Collaborative Hub Manager to lead a cross-functional team in Bristol, delivering improvements across SDE programmes with strong stakeholder engagement. You will drive alignment with customer and enterprise priorities and guide a capable team through complex challenges.

On-site at Bristol with hybrid options, the role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering engineering initiatives in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with large complex assets, ideally in service.
• Experience of Submarines, Military Vehicles, Oil platforms, Rail, Aerospace.
• Continuous Improvement delivery and strong analytical skills.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a collaborative team to identify, characterize and deliver improvements across the SDE and partner programmes.
• Set team priorities, align with customer and enterprise priorities, review outputs before customer release.
• Create long-term development vision with Programme Director and Senior Managers on strategy, planning and staffing.
