Job summary

Rolls-Royce Submarines in Derby seeks a Project Control Professional to define, govern, and integrate performance baselines for early-stage project delivery. You’ll work with the Programme, Governance & Integration Team to drive progress and ensure alignment with business processes.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, strong analytical skills, and opportunities to influence outcomes while potentially travel may be required to fulfil role duties.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in project management, ideally in a Project Controls environment.
• Degree level qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent industry experience.
• Working towards or holding PM qualifications (APM/MAPM) and membership with APM/AMAPM.

• Implement effective Project controls to deliver business case outcomes and benefits.
• Support stakeholder management and communicate programme performance.
• Deploy schedule, cost, risk, and resource management with KPI-based progress.
