Job summary

Nottingham Trent University is hiring two Subject Administrators in the School of Architecture, Design and the Built Environment at the City Site. The roles are full-time permanent with a hybrid mix of campus and remote home working.

You will provide frontline administrative support for courses, handling student records, inductions, assessments and quality assurance processes. Successful candidates will prioritise workload, work well under pressure and support Boards of Examiners.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience in a busy environment.
• Experience dealing with students, staff and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise workload in changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline administrative support for course administration.
• Manage student records and inductions; support assessments and QA processes.
• Assist Boards of Examiners and related processes.
