Job summary

Nottingham Trent University’s School of Architecture, Design and the Built Environment is expanding its pool of technical bank staff to provide flexible support to students, evenings and weekends if required.

You will demonstrate equipment and techniques, support staff and students on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the School Workshops, Studios and Laboratories, and communicate complex ideas clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the listed areas is essential.
• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate equipment and techniques to students in School Workshops, Studios and Laboratories.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff and students on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
• Communicate complex or technical ideas clearly using a variety of methods.
