Qualifications

• Subcontractor ledger experience or construction/CIS background preferred.
• Experience with payroll processing including RTI and pensions is valued.
• Familiarity with the COINS system for invoice entry and tax deductions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor ledger and CIS returns.
• Match purchase orders to supplier invoices after approval.
• Enter invoices in COINS and apply relevant tax deductions.
• Process weekly payroll for 25 staff and manage RTI reporting.
