Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Sub Dispatch team to ensure contractual obligations and SLAs are met.
• Allocate tasks across the team to support efficient workflow management.
• Monitor team performance to ensure the timely completion of reactive works.
• Manage and respond to operational queries within agreed service levels.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Provide regular updates and information to relevant stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives and assist with the implementation of new procedures.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for operational issues and ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
