Job summary

TRCGroup in Stourbridge, West Midlands, United Kingdom is seeking a Sub-Assembly Operative to join a busy workshop. You will manufacture or assemble components in accordance with drawings or customer requirements, ensuring quality finishes and safety standards.

The role hours are Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm and Friday 7am-1pm, in a temp-to-perm arrangement. Previous mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience is preferred, and own transport is advantageous for occasional movement between

• Good reliability and communication skills.
• Able to use hand tools.
• Own transport preferred for occasional site movement between sites.

We are currently hiring Sub-Assembly Operatives to join a leading manufacturer. You will be in a busy workshop environment and responsible for the manufacture or assembly of components in accordance with drawings or customers’ requirements

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm Friday 7am-1pm

Type: Temp to perm

Location: Lye, DY9

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality finishes in a workshop environment while maintaining excellent safety and quality standards.
• Carry out sub-assembly of company products
• Inspecting, identifying and packing company products.
• Assistance in working for other departments when necessary.
• Any other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Previous mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience.
• Reliability and good communication skills.
• Able to use hand tools.
• Ideally candidates will have their own means of transport to allow for occasional movement between sites, as the business needs.
