Job summary

Solution Search Limited - Civils & Rail is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to support the Site Agent and Project Manager on a mains rehabilitation scheme in Kentish Town. You will help drive delivery, coordinate site teams, and ensure work aligns with programme and safety standards.

The role requires CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid, with prior Sub Agent/Site Agent or Senior Site Supervisor experience on utilities or civil projects.

Qualifications

• CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid are required.
• Experience as Sub Agent, Site Agent or Senior Site Supervisor on utilities, water or civil engineering projects.
• Desirable: understanding of site operations and construction processes.

Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Sub Agent to work on a mains rehabilitation scheme in Kentish Town. The successful candidate will support the Site Agent and Project Manager with the day-to-day delivery of the works, ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently and in line with the programme and project requirements.

Duties will include coordinating site teams and subcontractors, overseeing daily works, monitoring progress, ensuring quality and health & safety standards are maintained, completing site records and documentation, and assisting with planning and sequencing of works.

Previous experience working on water, utilities, mains rehabilitation or civil engineering schemes is highly desirable, with a good understanding of site operations and construction processes.

Requirements: CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid, with previous experience working as a Sub Agent, Site Agent or Senior Site Supervisor on utilities, water or civil engineering projects.
