Job summary

Bouygues Travaux Publics is seeking a Sub Agent to join the Marine and Tunnel preconstruction team in London, with mobilisation to Suffolk as Sizewell C progresses. You will develop marine construction methodologies, assess delivery risks and support offshore dredging, piling and grouting campaigns.

The role requires experience in marine or preconstruction environments and strong collaboration with subcontractors, designers and clients, ensuring readiness for offshore construction and robust

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a marine or preconstruction environment.
• Experience working within a contractor or principal contractor organisation on engineering or construction projects.
• Good appreciation of programme, cost and risk considerations during project planning and delivery.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and interfaces concurrently.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues, designers, subcontractors and clients.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) activities for defined works.
• Develop construction methodologies and review constructability for marine activities.
• Assess proposed solutions for safety, programme, cost and risk impacts.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities for the section of works.
• Develop scopes of work and technical requirements for subcontract tender packages.
• Support mobilisation and readiness planning as project moves to offshore construction.
• Maintain records, reports and technical documentation for workstreams.
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement across the project team.
