Job summary

Bouygues Travaux Publics, a world-leading civil engineering contractor, is seeking a Sub Agent for Marine and Tunnel preconstruction in London with mobilisation to Suffolk. You will develop construction methodologies, assess risks, and prepare offshore dredging, piling and grouting campaigns for Sizewell C within the Civil Works Alliance.

Reporting to the Marine Preconstruction Manager, you will coordinate ECI with subcontractors, review solutions for safety, schedule and cost, and promote a

Qualifications

• Marine/preconstruction experience essential.
• Experience with contractor or principal contractor on engineering/construction projects.
• Good understanding of programme, cost and risk in planning and delivery.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and interfaces.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with designers, subcontractors and clients.
• Ability to take ownership with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) activities for a defined section of works.
• Develop construction methodologies and undertake constructability reviews for marine activities.
• Review proposed solutions for safety, programme, cost and risk impacts.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities for the section of works.
• Develop scopes of work and technical requirements for subcontract tender packages.
• Support mobilisation and readiness planning as preconstruction shifts to offshore delivery.
• Maintain records and technical documentation for assigned workstreams.
• Promote safety culture and support continuous improvement across the project team.
