Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Sub Agent for a major marine / reinforced concrete structures project in the United Kingdom. You will support delivery across the site, ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards are met, and work with Project Manager, engineers and subcontractors to align with programme and client requirements.

The role involves coordinating construction activities, supervising site teams, reviewing documentation, and ensuring compliance with QA and RAMS.

Qualifications

• RAMS knowledge and QA processes.
• Experience with programme management and meeting schedules.
• Health & Safety practices in construction.
• Managing subcontractors and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Agent/Project Manager in day-to-day delivery of marine and reinforced concrete works.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities to meet programme and quality standards.
• Review drawings, specs and technical docs; resolve issues.
• Liaise with Site Engineers and engineering teams for planning.
• Produce method statements, risk assessments, ITPs, permits and docs.
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
• Identify delays and implement mitigation measures.
