Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is recruiting a Senior Engineer for a major marine/ reinforced concrete structures project. You will provide technical engineering leadership, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and compliance with specifications, programme and client requirements.

You will mentor Site/Graduate Engineers, manage complex site activities, and liaise with Project Manager, subcontractors and design teams to maintain quality and progress on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Engineer or Site Engineer on major civil/marine structures projects.
• Experience delivering marine infrastructure or reinforced concrete schemes is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, foundations and marine works.
• Experience with setting out, surveying and managing complex activities on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead site engineering activities across marine and reinforced concrete works.
• Oversee day-to-day engineering delivery, ensuring safety and programme adherence.
• Set out and survey structures, foundations and related works.
• Review drawings and QA documentation; resolve engineering issues.
• Coordinate with site management, subcontractors and design teams.
